I first met with Steven at the store in West Palm Beach and was very impressed with him and felt very comfortable speaking with him. Upon subsequent calls / visits with Braman in West Palm Beach I was tol and was very impressed with him and felt very comfortable speaking with him. Upon subsequent calls / visits with Braman in West Palm Beach I was told he was in the Jupiter store. Since I had first met with Steven and I was very comfortable in my prior visit with him, I did make a couple of trips up to Jupiter to look for a vehicle. Steven was very patient with me, taking me out to test-drive a couple of different vehicles, ultimately selling me a great 2010 BMW!!! I began becoming interested in the 335i convertible back in almost november of 2010. Steve was very friendly and polite. He answered any questions i had quickly and is very knowledgeable!
