I responded to you, as well as Mr. Falcon, and sent four additional emails outlining the circumstances surrounding the damage to my vehicle and the reimbursement I am owed for the costs I incurred to have the repairs completed independently after Braman was unable to properly remedy the issue. It is concerning that, despite more than a month of follow-up attempts, my correspondence has gone unanswered. The lack of response gives the impression that customer concerns are only addressed when raised publicly, which is both disappointing and unacceptable. At this time, I am awaiting a response from BMW Corporate regarding their efforts to contact Braman and facilitate a resolution. Should this matter remain unresolved, I will have no alternative but to pursue the appropriate legal remedies available to me, including filing an action in small claims court to recover my damages.
