After a previous bad experience at another dealer I called Braman BMW. I spoke with Mr. Kenneth Vallejos and I explained to him my situation. my car was under warranty and it got all the parts that it needed at no cost. My only issue is that I took my car 4 times, and every time it stayed there the entire week. Disingenuous. Unethical. Liars. Quoted us a price, we did not agree to go through with the service. Requested specifically that the service not be performed. The service was performed despite our request, and then we were billed for it. The invoice stated the service was performed upon our request! This was a lie. When questioned about this, neither staff nor management took accountability for the mistake. The pricing for service at this location is inflated - this is widely known. They had the chance to make it right in the end and chose not to. Will never return. Will tell everyone about how poor the experience was. More
