Customer service is always amazing from the point you pull in when they receive your car, all the way till they provide the loaner everyone is courteous and professional all the way through. My Service Advisor Ben is always attentive and does a thorough assessment of my vehicle to ensure all required work is completed. He always keeps me up to date on the work being performed and the expected pick up date of my vehicle. Couldn’t be happier with Braman BMW. More

I purchased this vehicle sight unseen, which made the experience even more important, and unfortunately the entire process was disappointing from start to finish. I’m still waiting on the purchasing p experience even more important, and unfortunately the entire process was disappointing from start to finish. I’m still waiting on the purchasing paperwork to be emailed after multiple follow-ups with the sales representative. The finance manager called me at 10:00 p.m. asking for an additional signature, which felt unprofessional and poorly coordinated. When the car was delivered, which I arranged and paid for myself, it didn’t even have half a tank of gas. I also never received a simple thank you note or even a branded keychain acknowledging the purchase. I’ve purchased BMWs from dealerships in Georgia and Alabama, and this was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve had. The level of service fell well below what I expect from the BMW brand. More
