All was very good especially service advisor. However the drop off was terrible. I was told I could have a loaner but took 2.5 hours to get a loaner. First there were no loaners for the first 1 hour. Then it drop off was terrible. I was told I could have a loaner but took 2.5 hours to get a loaner. First there were no loaners for the first 1 hour. Then it took another 1.5 hours to “verify” my auto insurance. I have been a regular BMW customer for 30 years at the Cincinnati BMW store and have never encountered such a delay at drop off. More

You guys had my car in service for 3 days without to provide a loan, i had to follow up myself with the service agent because he didn’t. Problem has not been solved, after 2 days the software errors sho provide a loan, i had to follow up myself with the service agent because he didn’t. The reason I picked Braman is because of the great service I received years ago when I took the car I used to have there for maintenance. Everyone in the dealership was pleasant. The only issue is that there were many walk-ins the day I was there, and they seemed under staffed. So at times I felt I had to figure things out on my own in regards to the purchase of the car, insurance, etc. I was treated really well. There were several cars to choose from, and no one pushed me or tried to convince me to pick one or the other. Everything was simple, straight forward, and very factual. No hidden agendas. Carlos Munoz and Nery Cejas were great. Carlos was very patient with me and a great listener. Nery made the signing of paperwork (which could have been tedious) a fast and easy experience. I love that they give you a USB flash drive with a copy of all paperwork you signed (instead of printed paper). The fact the dealership was so busy shows that they are really good at what they do. They just need more people working there, I think, Other than that, the experience was exceptional. I am very happy with my purchase! More
