Felipe is great! It makes no sense that my car was in need of service but couldn't get new wiper blades because they didn't "qualify" for another 25 days! Am I really supposed to make another appointmen need of service but couldn't get new wiper blades because they didn't "qualify" for another 25 days! This is the worse customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. From misleading information to a request from my sales person to pick my paid car the following day because my time to pick up from a car dealership. From misleading information to a request from my sales person to pick my paid car the following day because my time to pick up my car was close to the end of his working day! Horrible! Will not recommend. Not even the manager will call back to try to make amends. More
