You can reach me at 786-901-0139 - Please make sure its the Dealer President or Manager and I will tell you about my experience. I bought an X6 with you through Amir Moyaeni last year, this time it was a complete mess I was supposed to host the prime minister of the Bahamas and take him for real estate showings with a client. So this was supposed to happen on April 11,2023, It did not. I was very disappointed because I have or will have almost 2 x the money to buy this car cash in my account in 15 days or less. I have 550,000 in my account not 50,000 as they put down on the application and used a Brickell Address, I have Paid 3 Mortgages for 1 year on time, and my business carries the 2 Cars with BMW Financial, The increase in Payment would not be an issue for me and I'm getting rid of 1 Car which is the Leased BMW 850i M Package Convertible for 1800 a Month and the X6 from your dealership for 1500 a month.

I'm already approved for the car and I should be coming to pick the car however, Amir Ghosted me and never got back to me this is lost business for you because Rolls Royce financial and BMW Financial Approved me for the final amount however Amir never told me how much they approved me for which when you take a credit application you cannot ghost somebody, you have to tell him the terms offered, I received no financial terms as a consumer and I'm basically buying a house on wheels. The Top English made car, and this is the treatment I received, when you do business no matter what you don't ghost somebody because they will go with legal options.

brought my car in to get an oil change as part of the 3 oil change package promotion. Set an appointment at 12 and a lyft was provided to my house and scheduled for one back due to service being told the completion time was 2 hrs and 45 minutes. No problem. However i waited until almost 4 and still no contact from my service advisor including via text that went unanswered. I contacted the dealership and waited about 15 mins to speak to someone. Once i was taken off hold i explained that i had not heard from my service advisor and i wanted to know if my car was finish due to a sense of urgency and I had to go to work. . The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional and told me my car would not be finished until after 6:30. I exclaimed that I was not advised of that and I would not unfortunately be able to wait that long because i had not made allowances for the time difference and had to go to work. She rudely said " well...they should have told u that". I told her that was not the case and that i had been unable to reach my service advisor via text or call and i needed an immediate update. I asked her what could be done and again, she rudely said that i would still just have to wait until he decided to call me back to be updated. Basically she could care less! The advisor finally responds via text and was like oh he was on a call with warranty Department. He finally schedules the lyft ride back and it was cancelled several times. That was a whOle other disaster waiting to have the ride service confirmed and more time I did not have to idly wait. I finally get there and still have to wait until the final bill was stamped clear even though the service was prepaid. Once i leave,my service engine light for the service performed is still on. I messaged my advisor and asked him and no response. Called repeatedly, no answer. I then check the multipoint inspection link and i only have a video. I sent a text inquiring about that also. NO RESPONSE. Im very disappointed. I guess because I have an older model car was one of the factors as to why my service was less than I would have desired it to be or maybe because my skin was so heavy with melanin. I even inquired about getting a new car today and I was told to "go up North" that I would get a better deal due to the "type" of customers that particular location caters to. I still did not get to speak to the advisor once I got there and zero estimates were given on things specifically requested. Needless to say, i was late to work and thoroughly disgusted.
