Mrs. Desmond was extremely friendly, understanding and knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in leasing. She made us feel at home and were the only thing important to her. I had no idea that so many people have felt the same things I have in my shopping for a BMW. I live in south Florida. And all the dealers in Broward county, and Miami area are the absolute worst.<br><br things I have in my shopping for a BMW. I live in south Florida. And all the dealers in Broward county, and Miami area are the absolute worst.<br><br>Yet I'm on my 12th BMW....I buy one every year and every year I hate the dealer and the sales person. but they happened to have what i wanted.<br><br>So this time I took a long shot, I called BRAMAN MOTORCARS in west palm beach....Their Braman MIAMI has the worst rep of all dealers........ BUT THE WEST PALM IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT IN MANAGMENT ATTITUDE AND REPUTATION.<br><br>I SPOKE WITH RAJ H. HE GOT ME THE CAR I WANTED WITHOUT PAYING EXTRA FOR TRUCKING AND TREATED ME LIKE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN THE WORLD. <br><br>I have refered 5 sales to him since and they all agree with me. <br>If you are local in florida and are fedup of it all like I was call my sales guy RAJ HARJANI he is a diamond in the RUFF and at the age of 23 he is one of thier top salesperson and I AM SURE HE WILL MANAGE THE DEALERSHIP ONE DAY.<br><br>He always picks up my car and all my friends cars and services them and drops them off. I know I payed too much but for the service he provides and just dealing with him; I feel that I should have payed him even more......RAJ and Braman West Palm are worth every penny. More
