Gigi gave me the best pricing up front and explained the rationale for the pricing of the different vehicles I was considering. She was not pushy. Zero pressure. She then had me work with a great finance person (Jack I think), who was also not pushy and was super efficient. I think I was in and out within an hour and a half. Also they took my trade in with no fuss. Over the years, I have leased/purchased AT LEAST 8 BMWs, mercedes, porsche or audi vehicles. This was by far the best experience. More
