I had been using a different dealership for decades. When I didn’t receive a timely response from them (days), I called Robert Chae at BMW in West Palm Beach. They not only found me EXACTLY what I wanted, they gave me a lease payment To couldn’t refuse. I picked up my car the next day. I saved $60 on my payment compared to my previous dealership. That’s over $2300. AND… the car came with upgrade Sport Package, and Premium Package, upgraded tires…and so much more. My previous dealership offered me NOTHING EXTRA PLUS A BIGGER PAYMENT. Maybe because I’m a 73 year old lady they thought they could take advantage of me..but I grew up in Detroit! We love our cars! Robert…and everyone else including Alex, treated me like Royalty. He was very knowledgeable on the car I was interested in and offered a lot of insight into the safety and features. He was very receptive to my offer and budget and was willing to make ends meet to get as close to my offer as possible. Given this was my first purchase, he explained the entire process very well including how trades, financing, and purchasing worked. Paul in the finance department was also very pleasant to work with and offered as much explanation as possible for the closing on the deal.
