Nick Patel went out of his way to accommodate us and to make buying a new BMW a positive experience. His knowledge of the 335i was exceptional, and he took as much time as was necessary to explain the various features of the car to me. We live in Miami and had several other dealerships to choose from that would have been more accessible, but the drive to West Palm Beach was well worth our time. In addition to Nick Patel, John Jenkins (the finance person), and manager Fred Castellanos really made us feel welcome. John took the time to answer our many questions about our loan, and Fred made sure that representations made by a former employee of the dealership who had since left were honored. Congratulations to this very special team....we'll be back for our next car!!! More

I purchased my previous 3 BMW's at this dealer(and one Mini Cooper), but wanted to "shop around" as they say, so I went to 3 other dealerships before coming back to Braman BMW, and boy am I glad I did. After the horrid experience's at Dealers in Miami (felt like I was at a used car dealer) and Pompano Beach (was talked down to about what car I "needed" for two hours), it was a relief to be treated with the professionalism you would expect of a BMW dealer. My only complaint and I think this come's from the top and isn't really something the sales staff has a decision over: PLEASE STOP PUTTING FRONT LICENSE PLATES ON THE CAR'S!!! I have been dealing with Braman BMW since 2001. I have had the same service manager for all of my 6 BMWs. 2 I still own. If ever there was a problem with the car, I was able to reach Eduardo Fuentes by had the same service manager for all of my 6 BMWs. 2 I still own. If ever there was a problem with the car, I was able to reach Eduardo Fuentes by phone, even on a Sunday evening. It was nice to know when the BMW sos people have to tow the car into the dealer, I have someone who is already aware of the problem I was having. He always went out of his way to make sure I had a BMW loaner.....very important when you own them. Always made sure all repairs were done in a timely manner. If they had to order parts and the car would take a little longer, he would inform me right away to make sure I wasn't going to be inconvenienced. If I was going on a long trip through the states, he always checked and or topped up the fluids, air pressure in the tires and wipers. If he ever leaves Braman for another dealer..I may have to follow him. I would also like to add that Vince Cerone, was accessable and listened to a problem I had with one of my cars nine years ago.
