One of the best buying, of any product, experiences we've ever had. Willie came very highly recommended, and didn't disappoint! Went to another dealer before Braman and something just wasn't right. Willie didn't try to sell us a car but he did educate us about several things. Having previously owned a BMW I didn't have to be sold on the car. He had what we were looking for on the lot, gave us the keys and a plate and said go have fun. 20 minutes later we were back at his desk writing it up. There wasn't anything about this experience I could say I wish was better. This is what customer service is supposed to be like! Thank you Willie and Braman! More
