Michael M. was my Client Advisor and was a pleasure to work with: personable, knowledgeable about the car we were buying, but most of all efficient in dealing with unforeseen problems. In our case it was with an agent from our insurance provider: the agent on the phone was obviously unprepared for what should have been a simple request but Michael was professional but direct in solving the problem. Very impressed with his demeanor and would highly recommend him as your Advisor if you come to this dealership. When it came to dealing with "Big Boss" (General Sales Manager) the experience was the same: Rafael S. was also a pleasure to work with and forthright about the monetary numbers on the contract and how they were derived: markedly different from most of my experiences with car dealers. It was 2+ hour drive for us to get this dealership but worth every minute on the road. The car we purchased was for my wife but I'll be looking for a new (used) one for myself in the near future: my first choice by far will be this location if they have the car I want. More
