We apologize for a negative experience, however, Concerns are addressed based on your type of complaint. After speaking with the Service Manager he made it clear that you refused to bring the car back in after you were told you had the warranty to cover the oil leak. A call was made to you explain how you had the warranty, We will be more than happy to you solve that issue feel free to contact us.
