Giovanni, we are sorry to hear that you left feeling dissatisfied with your visit. After reviewing the history of your vehicle, we found that the brake fluid service had previously been performed in 2024 at 24,501 miles. Because brake fluid replacement is normally recommended closer to every 36,000 miles, our Service Advisor initially recommended inspecting the condition of the fluid first before suggesting replacement. Regarding the throttle body/intake cleaning service, that maintenance is recommended around 45,000 miles, and according to our records, it had not yet been performed on your vehicle. We also inspected the tire monitor concern and found a nail in one of the tires that was repairable. However, you advised us that the tires were recently purchased with warranty coverage elsewhere and declined the repair at our dealership. We certainly apologize if the communication did not come across clearly, as it is never our intention for any customer to feel pressured or misled.
