I arrived without an appointment because my service light was indicating I needed service (oil change). My service rep mentioned that I had not done the 60,000 mile service. He said I had declined it the was indicating I needed service (oil change). My service rep mentioned that I had not done the 60,000 mile service. He said I had declined it the previous service which is not true. I had stated I would need to bring it back as I did not have the time to leave it or service it then. This is not critical of my rep for this service, but I think that "decline" is a negative term and that some other term should be used on your records when a customer cannot leave the car at the time. My service rep told me that if I was able to do the service now it would take approximately 2 hours and 30 min. I had the time so I went ahead and got it done. I have always maintained the 3 Hondas that I have owned in top working order and completed every service. I am a bit concerned though that it costs $400+ dollars to do a service on a car that has been well maintained which basically was fluid replacements and checking systems. This cost had no repairs so I found it rather high. Needless to say, I want to maintain my car in the best running order, but your prices for checkups is really high. More
