If I could give more than 10/10, I would! German was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable right off the bat. He listened carefully to my concerns about a minor noise I’d noticed, explained the diagnostic process in simple terms without any jargon, and kept me updated every step of the way via text and calls. The work was completed faster than estimated, and he even pointed out a couple of preventive tips to keep my car running smoothly long-term.
