The experience left my wife and me feeling betrayed and insulted. It wasn't until we returned home that we fully realized how the salesman and the finance manager had employed dishonest and unethical tacti insulted. It wasn't until we returned home that we fully realized how the salesman and the finance manager had employed dishonest and unethical tactics to close the deal. Although we considered returning the car the next day, we ultimately decided to keep it since it was intended as a birthday gift for our daughter. We cannot recommend your dealership for future car purchases. More
