I have been driving Honda, Acura since 1986! A friend talked me into trying a Hyundai! Terrible experience! Hyundai Finanace is impossible to deal with! I was disappointed my birthday was ruined. On 6/22/2023 I went to purchase a SUV after about 6hrs I was given a piece of paper saying Lost tag to drive home in my new SUV instead of providing On 6/22/2023 I went to purchase a SUV after about 6hrs I was given a piece of paper saying Lost tag to drive home in my new SUV instead of providing me a proper temporary paper tag. To further ruin my birthday weekend I received a call the next day from Guiseppe demanding I return to the dealership due to the fact they forgot to take my down payment. I had to drive 2hrs back to the dealership to make a payment and receive copies of my signed documents ruining my birthday plans to drive over to Naples to spend the weekend with family and friends. Very Disappointed More
