I was in desperate need of a dependable car for myself and children. I had a difficult situation and was worried about approval. I wasn’t treated differently because of that and was shown an option of the and children. I had a difficult situation and was worried about approval. I wasn’t treated differently because of that and was shown an option of the perfect vehicle for me with an approval. They worked with me as I sold my previous vehicle for my down payment. RamZi and Walid were amazing, pretty quick process and they washed and gassed up my vehicle and seemed as excited for me as I was. I was not given that treatment at any other dealership and will only be a Braman Honda customer moving forward. Thanks guys for all of your help and kindness! Also finance department and insurance lady were very kind and helpful. More

Overall experience was OK. Jorge Lonchairich was an excellent salesman, but the manager had to step in to negotiate as Jorge could not speak for the dealership. I do not recall the manager's name, but he was rude and could not explain specific fees and charges. As part of negotiations, certain fees were removed from the cost but kept in the deal. However, he later reneged on our agreement because it wasn't "in writing," and he had already removed it from the papers to prevent him from being held accountable. Later on, I completed the paperwork for a completely different car- color and VIN. They fixed this issue the next day without many problems. More
