I have purchased several cars from Braman Honda in the past and have used their service department for many years.... I have always found the dealership to be fair, honest, and helpful. My experience th past and have used their service department for many years.... I have always found the dealership to be fair, honest, and helpful. My experience this week was no exception. I contacted Mr. Luis Gonzalez (Sales Manager) regarding a Certified Preowned CR-V and he was quick to respond and took the time to answer my questions via email and phone. He promised to have an experienced and thorough sales representative contact me and within 20 minutes, Mr Donnie Tat called me. Donnie was extremely professional, set and appointment around my schedule, and texted me additional vehicle pictures. Today I was welcomed at the dealership and met with both Mr Gonzalez and Donnie. Donnie took the time to show us every feature of the vehicle, took us on a test drive , and worked with us to get the best deal we could in today's crazy auto market. The finance manager Jean was a gentleman and did not pressure us with the usual extras BS... he found us a better financing rate than I had already been pre-approved for and he handled the process in a very simple manner. ** Extra credit to Donnie-- 2 hours after the sale, I could not remember how to close the moon roof. I called Donnie on his cell phone (he was on his way home). Donnie offered to come to my home (10 minute drive from Dealership) to show me how to work the moon roof controls. I felt really stupid, but Donnie kept that smile on his face and made sure I was all set before he went home to his family. He definitely went above and beyond to keep a loyal customer happy..... a rarity in today's world **** More
