Scott did a great job assisting me with the sale. However, was disappointed with the finance and insurance team. My contract specially said there was no requirement for insurance deductibles but the However, was disappointed with the finance and insurance team. My contract specially said there was no requirement for insurance deductibles but the insurance team kept insisting I needed to have a certain limit. This was not explained to me during the purchase and was only explained after I left. The requirements should not contradict the contract that I signed. Also disappointed to receive an extremely high interest rate when I have an 800+ credit score with a lengthy credit history. More
