I am writing this message to make a complaint about the braman honda dealer in west palm beach. on May 05, 2022 I bought a vehicle (Ford explorer 2 I am writing this message to make a complaint about the braman honda dealer in west palm beach. on May 05, 2022 I bought a vehicle (Ford explorer 2015) when I bought the vehicle the dealer stayed with it to inspect it which is acceptable because it was for my own safety, on May 7 they call me to come in to pick up my car that the inspection is ready, when I have the car for the first day it happens that the car was flooded with cockroaches to the point that I almost had an accident, I take the car to the dealer and they tell me that they are going to cure the car of the pests lasted about 3 days with the car and they told me to go pick up that it was ready, when I have the car I leave the dealer and again the cockroaches are everywhere I turned around and left the car again in the dealer, this time more than a week passed while they cured the pests in the car, they call me again that my car is ready to come pick it up, I arrive at the dealer and this time I did not leave the dealer, I turned on the car and after two minutes more cockroaches came out again by Tod the sides. the sales manager (Luis) apologized and told me that this is not something very common, I accepted his apologies. after a month with all this process finally the car had no more cockroaches, I went to pick up my car and everything was cool after a month and a half of having the car a part was damaged (rack and pinion) that part has a small motor that is electric, the said motor was damaged because the battery that they put in the dealer was for a sedan car, not for an SUV, which did not have the correct voltage to the vehicle's machinery, I went to the dealer again and explained to Mr. Bassam Majzoub (sales director) what had happened, he told me that he was going to take care of buying the part and I was going to take care of the labor, I told him that it was fine. the first week of the agreement that we had verbally he seemed interested in helping me but no, he told me that he had ordered the piece that he had in 5-7 days and I told him that it was fine, I was very patient in all the processes, after 8 days since the last time we spoke, he told me that they had sent him an incorrect piece, that I should give him a few more days, after another two weeks I did not have any solid response to anything, I asked him through text messages if anything had turned out yet, but nothing again, later he calls me and tells me that he got a person to rebuild the piece and if I could take the piece to the dealer, he would send the piece to the person that was going to rebuild it when I took the piece to the dealer on Saturday, September 17, and he tells me to wait until Monday and he gave me an answer, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday arrives and he didn’t call me, so I took the initiative and called him. he tells me that people still haven't given him the said piece. Today is October 1, 2022 and I still have my car parked without using it, it's been two months without car, I'm still paying insurance and the monthly payment for my car, I just want to solve the problem and that's it, I don't want anything else. If the dealer hadn't put the incorrect battery in the care , everything would’ve been fine. More
