Very disappointed with my experience at Honda of Greenacres. I purchased a 2025 Honda Civic there in September and have been a customer since 2009. The salesperson who helped me with the car was gre Greenacres. I purchased a 2025 Honda Civic there in September and have been a customer since 2009. The salesperson who helped me with the car was great, but my experience with the finance department was extremely frustrating. In September I asked to cancel my GAP insurance, and the finance manager, Samuel, told me I had to wait until the first bill before it could be canceled. In December I returned to cancel it, and another employee, Xavier, helped with the process and told me it would take 6–8 weeks. Months later I went back to check the status and found out the GAP insurance had not been canceled. Samuel initially told me it was canceled, but after checking the system he asked if I had a copy of the cancellation. After being a loyal customer since 2009, this experience was very disappointing. I will take my business elsewhere. More
