They contacted me a month after trading in my vehicle to say that I needed to come back ASAP to sign paperwork that they forgot to have me sign? And they still haven't paid off my trade in... they refuse to say that I needed to come back ASAP to sign paperwork that they forgot to have me sign? And they still haven't paid off my trade in... they refuse to send me the paperwork to sign and insist I drive back out to them to sign it. Unprofessional and at this point costing me more money. It took weeks, and hours of time at this dealership, to finalize the purchase of my leased car. I had to call at least 5 times to get someone to call me back.
