everything was great for my recall I had done, My only complaint is that I'm a big guy and drive a Honda Pilot and my provided car was a KIA Forte i hit my head getting in and out as well on the interior complaint is that I'm a big guy and drive a Honda Pilot and my provided car was a KIA Forte i hit my head getting in and out as well on the interior roof of the vehicle. the other issue was that I was told 5 hours that turned into to 29 hours. but the communication and service was excellent otherwise.
