It was time for my 30,000 mile schedule service, that's when I started my communication with Miss Jacqueline Balboni in the service dept. She was simply put, awesome!! She keeps in constant communication with the customers and she was very informative when it came time to organize what we needed to do. She broke down the costs and all associated work that done to the car, as well as determining what really needed to be done as oppose to simply performing just another service call. That is difficult to find these days. I am tankful to her and to the service technician that performed by Mr. Jacob Swaim. My daughter takes her Honda for service there as well and she is also very thankful for any work that is done to her car. Just to compare, if you take the car anywhere else, it is very likely that they will not be honest and tell you what is needed and charge up the work a lot more. Whereas, Braman Honda service was excellent, I never felt overcharged or lied to. You need to appreciate that indeed. I have and will continue to tell friends and family to purchase cars there.
