Honda’s have excellent ratings but honestly, I traded the process that I knew Les before me. Over the phone Traci was able to communicate with me clearly and professionally then we switch to email and I narrowed down my vehicle choice to just one. I set an appointment I came in and saw Ad my journey began by speaking with Tracy from Braman Honda.I explained my needs and that I had a current lease that I needed to turn back in. Hondas have excellent ratings but honestly, I dreaded the process that I knew lay before me. Over the phone Tracy communicated with me clearly and professionally. She emailed me a number of choices that I was considering for my next vehicle. After reviewing and narrowing down my selections she one vehicle I set an appointment with sales associate Adil. Adil met us with a smile and invited us into his office. He had already preloaded all of my personal information to help facilitate the leasing process. Within a few moments we were outside in the vehicle that I chose and he was explaining all of the features and walking us through step-by-step. He extended a kind invitation for us to call at anytime or come back to the dealership at our convenience and he would gladly review or re-teach anything that we may not have fully understood. Next, we were walked into the finance office where I met Augie. With a smile he also invited us into his office and he then started the finance process. Being my second Honda Lease much of my information preloaded and Augie quickly walked us through the signing of all necessary documents during that time the car was being fully detailed and prepared for us to take home. The kindness and incredibly fast process Augie walked us through made this my most enjoyable car buying experience ever. Setting aside the amazing vehicle I leased the:Honda CRVEXL. It will without question always be the superior customer service we received that will remain in my mind. These three individuals have made us Honda people for life! More

My first (and only) stop was at the Honda dealership in Greenacres. We were so lucky to have Giovanni as our salesman! He was such a fun, easy going fellow. We bonded and trusted him immediately. He showed us a variety of new and pre-owned cars. We fell in love with a beautiful silver 2018 HRV. Giovanni made the buying process easy as did Ali, the sales manager. Everyone at Braman Honda was friendly and made us feel like valuable customers. We never felt rushed or pressured, something most people experience when car shopping. There was no need to look at other dealerships! The car was picked up today and you can see from the smile on my face, I am thrilled with my new vehicle, and grateful that Giovanni was my salesman who made the process easy and enjoyable! I know I will love my new Honda HRV for years to come!! More

Every time I came to this dealership I interacted with Gonzalo Cativa someone I have known for many years. I had doubts about whether to purchase another vehicle or keep maintaining the one I had. Throughout these years Gonzalo never once pressured me to get rid of the car but treated me very professionally, friendly giving me excellent advise when needed. I also have nothing but gratitude to my advisor Alleyah Largaespada who is a dedicated excellent employee. Sometimes I went even further to solicit advise from Jose Ortega, the Service Manager who, as Gonzalo and Alleyah became my guidance throughout the years. I’m getting now to the matter at hand. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle trying to prevent more costly repairs since my vehicle was almost nine years old. I wanted a Volvo SUB or an Acura but because of the relationship I had built over the years and excellent experience received at Honda I purchased another Honda CRV EX at this dealer. You won me again as a customer and I’m hoping I’ll be happy coming here whenever the need arises. I’d like to also mention Mr Alfonso Murcia who handled the financial aspect of this transaction. Have used Braman’s for 8 years. My Honda had to be towed in to the shop. I called Valerie (she was my service advisor at last servicing appt) to let her know it was on the way. She met me and explained process they would use to determine problem, approximate time to complete and cost. Next morning she called with information so I could decide how to proceed and that it might take several days to complete repairs. I was provided a courtesy car for a couple of days. Repairs were completed sooner than expected. I have been taking my car to Braman’s for 8 years for servicing and repairs. Thanks Valerie for your courteous and professional manner.
