Helpful, without becoming a suffocating and over aggressive however just like every dealer they risk everything by low-balling a quality trade in even with somebody who knows cars. I appreciate the fact we were able to find common ground but I will never understand why it has to be found elsewhere in the deal while still showing a lower trade $$. Pay me what my car is worth and I will spend more on yours. More
