Re-check a repair The purpose of this appointment was to re-check a repair I had done just before my Honda Pilot turned 36K miles. Because of a needed repair that was c The purpose of this appointment was to re-check a repair I had done just before my Honda Pilot turned 36K miles. Because of a needed repair that was covered under the 36K miles warranty, my vehicle then required an alignment. I noticed the alignment did not feel 100%; slight pull to the right & a bit of a vibration. I had tried to get back to Braman but personal complications prohibited me from doing so. I was finally able to call Braman and spoke with my Service Rep, David Migoya who promptly fit me with an appointment. I let him know my feelings about the alignment and he said he would thoroughly check over the vehicle, which included a road test that I took with another employee. I also mentioned 2 other minor repairs: a squeeky, rubbing sound from the Hatch Strut Support Arm and the inner, the rubber ring that fits in the console to hold drinks/bottles was cracked in all areas. Re: the alignment: David made sure a thorough assessment was done which included rotating the tires from back to front and side to side and running diagnostics in every scenario to get the best reading. He mentioned this could be due to the type of tires on the vehicle but still went through the necessary testing to get the best results possible, at no cost to me as the customer. To date, the vehicle is running much better without evidence of pulling or vibration. Re: the rubber ring for the drink holder area: David was able to get a new one, installed it with no cost to me as the customer. Re: the squeeky sound in the area of the Hatch Strut Support Arm, David showed me it was the rubbing of the rubber that made the sound and that there was nothing wrong with it. He did however cleaned the rubber on both Support Arms and put a protectant on the rubber; with no cost to me as the customer. I was totally satisfied with the results from my appointment and the personal service I received from David. He was understanding and respectful and called me promptly to let me know when the vehicle was ready for pickup. He greeted me when I arrived and gave me his assurance that he would check with me in about a week....which he did....and let me know he was here for me for all my Honda needs. I am most appreciative of this sevice from David! More

EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH I bought a Ridgeline and Moe Khatib was the salesperson I worked with through the internet dept. I went to the dealership at 830 knowing they closed I bought a Ridgeline and Moe Khatib was the salesperson I worked with through the internet dept. I went to the dealership at 830 knowing they closed at 9, and he took the time to show me both the RTL E and the BLACK EDITION, took it for a test drive and wasn't worried about staying late to get a deal done. They gave me the number for the Black Edition and it was better than anything else I had seen online. I slept on it and the next day we finished up the purchase. The manager Sabrina was strait forward and nice, and Mike Rodriquez the General Manager introduced himself and wanted to make sure I was being treated well. Omar in finance was quick and to the point, getting me out of the office in no time! I have bought many new cars over the years, and I almost always feel like I got taken somehow when leaving with my new car. I didn't feel that way this time, Moe did a great job with me and I would highly recommend anyone buying a car at the dealership work with him. Thanks to all there, but especially Moe, appreciate your service. More
