Excellent Troubleshooting I had an intermittent shimmer in my 2112 CR-V. Outstanding, Friendly and Great team! I contacted about ten other Honda dealerships in the South Florida area. A couple didn't have the car I wanted and I didn't want to wait. Others had I contacted about ten other Honda dealerships in the South Florida area. A couple didn't have the car I wanted and I didn't want to wait. Others had the car I wanted and did hardball tactics, so I turned them away. Just a couple of salesman appealed us to do business with; one of them was Mr. Pedro Rodas who was fantastic from Braman Honda of PB. Pedro and Richard Plaza from finance worked hard to get me a price I was expecting and even more importantly a payment plan I could pay for. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase of my car! I highly recommend Pedro Rodas as he isn't the pushy salesman that I would run away from as I did in another couple of dealerships. Pedro was patient and worked hard to make what I still consider a great deal for me. I also, vastly endorse Richard Plaza, the finance agent; Richard worked very hard to get me the loan at the best available rate. I love my new car and will be forever grateful for their hard work on getting me this car! More
