He was very courteous and very knowledgeable about all the ca From the moment I walked into Braman Honda I was greeted by the Salesman Julio Rosales. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable about all the cars in the lot. Julio showed me various cars, with various options and then asked me what I thought. I told him the car I was looking for, what options I wanted on the car and what color. Julio checked the stock at Braman Honda in Greenacres, Fl. He found cars with everything but the color. Julio told me he would do a complete search of all the Honda Dealerships in Florida until he found exactly what I wanted. After doing the search, Julio told me he found the exact car I wanted and also the color I wanted. Julio told me he would have the car in the Braman Honda lot by the next day. True to his word, he called me the next day and said I have your car. Julio has called me several times to see if I had any questions or concerns. I also went to the Dealership to ask questions about the many options I had on my car. Julio was always friendly, answered my questions and took as much time with me that I needed. Scott the salesman was very professional and courteous and got the ball rolling. We road tested the car we liked while they assessed the trade in value. They gave us a very fair price for the trade, and we were able to negotiate a favorable lease with Omar the finance manager, who was great to deal with. We then got our insurance updated and were able to save money on that as well. If you are looking for a Honda purchase or lease there is no reason to look anywhere else. Thank you for all your help. Great experience with minor hiccup I talked on the phone with Sabrina prior to coming in and she was very helpful with getting me a deal and working with me. When I came in Laurent hel I talked on the phone with Sabrina prior to coming in and she was very helpful with getting me a deal and working with me. When I came in Laurent helped me out and I must say he was awesome! Laurent went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing less than perfect. His customer service skills are outstanding and was also very polite. I would recommend Laurent to any of my family and friends. When I finished up with Laurent I was transferred over to Omar in the Finance department. He as well was exceptional with his customer service skills along with being very helpful and polite. The only problem I had was that the deal I made with Sabrina was not honored at first. They raised my monthly payment along with the down payment from what Sabrina and I had discussed on the phone. She claimed that "it was assumed that the price would raise" when she promised me a certain amount over the phone. I did not appreciate that and felt like she was trying to pull a fast one on me. The word "assumed" should never be used when making a big commitment like this. Omar however, was helpful and talked it over with Sabrina and the end result was the number we had originally agreed on. Overall my experience at Braman Honda was amazing and I look forward to doing more business in the future. Also, on Tuesday, January 3, I had called the main number at Braman Honda for a question regarding payments and I wish I got her name but the lady I was transferred to was very nasty and gave me the complete wrong information. I than called Laurent on his cell phone and once again Laurent was the man and hooked me up with the answer I was searching for. Laurent is great!! More
