Rudy was great in Finance, he had all the answers made the final part really easy. One of the other dealers lost my business when it came to the finance end. I wanted a Honda extended warranty they wanted to sell me theirs. Rudy showed me everything and I could have whatever I wanted. It was also nice driving off with a real tag on my car. Had a little issue with car prep that we couldn't see at night. Yoana met me there the next day on her day off and got it all taken care (super service). This was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Yoana, Rudy and Braman Honda. Yoana also covered all the car options with me (she had her own checklist), got my phone paired with the car and I was all set to go when I drove off the lot. More
