This recent experience that started with chuck as my service advisor to have an oil change was perfect. He is very friendly and took care of it faster than I thought. During the existing Honda being serviced. I said hello to my sales advisor for years. His name is Domingo Mateo. He is amazing. He tried to get me out of my lease for a lower payment. He even introduced me to Alfonso. Alfonso is very nice and told me the honest truth, that the pmt is going to be higher now. I then met Omar. He offered to match my current pmt to get my wife in the Honda CRV. We didn't do it, but they know that we are coming back in a few months when I get a bonus at my job. Great service I was waiting to get the passenger side airbag replaced. I wanted to get a loaner as I am disabled and using the backseat is too difficult. I called Honda America three times and asked them to authorize a loaner car for us. I was told that a supervisor would call me back. It never happened. Finally, I called Bramen Honda and was given an appointment within a week. We were late to the appointment due to very heavy traffic on Lake Worth Road. When we showed up we were immediately greeted and soon they took our car to be fixed. We waited even though we were told it would take 4 hours. After 2.5 hours the car was ready. As I was trying to get into the car I fell. Before I knew it there were 2 or 3 men helping me get up. Thank goodness I wasn't hurt.
