Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. First of all, they have you waiting for HOURS with back and forth nonsense and never straight to the point. You tell them this is what you have take First of all, they have you waiting for HOURS with back and forth nonsense and never straight to the point. You tell them this is what you have take it or leave it and they push. Then the online advertising is so incorrect. I have a picture of my car from online and it has on the picture no payments for 90 days…. I get an email from the bank I finance with and the payment is due the next day… keep in mind I had to go back to the dealership once I left with the car 3 times to resign papers because they ‘messed up’ and I have yet to get a call back about their advertising issue. Won’t be dealing with their service people either even though I have a free oil change with them. That was a headache in itself. It was the worst and I won’t be going back More

Everyone at Braman was very nice and easy to work with. Especially Carlos! He didn’t give me any pressure, and explained everything to me and showed me how everything worked on my car.
