Great service I was waiting to get the passenger side airbag replaced. I wanted to get a loaner as I am disabled and using the backseat is too difficult. I called I was waiting to get the passenger side airbag replaced. I wanted to get a loaner as I am disabled and using the backseat is too difficult. I called Honda America three times and asked them to authorize a loaner car for us. I was told that a supervisor would call me back. It never happened. Finally, I called Bramen Honda and was given an appointment within a week. We were late to the appointment due to very heavy traffic on Lake Worth Road. When we showed up we were immediately greeted and soon they took our car to be fixed. We waited even though we were told it would take 4 hours. After 2.5 hours the car was ready. As I was trying to get into the car I fell. Before I knew it there were 2 or 3 men helping me get up. Thank goodness I wasn't hurt.
