She kept in touch with me(my car had to have service for 2 1/2 days!) and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. I felt she understood what was going on and knew how to treat me. She also was willing to get me some kind of discount on a bill that was almost $3,000. What a huge task for her. I had such a terrible experience last Dec. with the other person I had to deal with and was not going to come back. The only reason I did was because I was going to get free service of tire rotation and oil change because of my complaint about the guy who was so horrible to me in Dec. Because of Jackie, I think I will come back. Jacquline Balboni deservers a bonus or extra recognition for how she treated me.
