Warranty service I took car to Braman because I purchased car there and needed warranty service. The primary service was airbag replace that I had been informed of ne I took car to Braman because I purchased car there and needed warranty service. The primary service was airbag replace that I had been informed of needed replacement. Also I was checking to see if a transmission seal leak was covered and it was. Jacquline Balboni (Service:Oct. 3-5,2016)Jackie not only knew about cars, but she went the extra mile to make sure she called the Ohio dealership about my car in order (Service:Oct. 3-5,2016)Jackie not only knew about cars, but she went the extra mile to make sure she called the Ohio dealership about my car in order to get the best service for my 2002 Honda Accord. She kept in touch with me(my car had to have service for 2 1/2 days!) and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. I felt she understood what was going on and knew how to treat me. She also was willing to get me some kind of discount on a bill that was almost $3,000. What a huge task for her. I had such a terrible experience last Dec. with the other person I had to deal with and was not going to come back. The only reason I did was because I was going to get free service of tire rotation and oil change because of my complaint about the guy who was so horrible to me in Dec. Because of Jackie, I think I will come back. Jacquline Balboni deservers a bonus or extra recognition for how she treated me.
