We walked in to make a deal and left in their courtesy car. Our new, shiny, beautiful car was still in transit and came in as promised a few days later. I am not saying that we didn't come prepared. The advertised special was not exactly what we were looking for. We knew the value of our trade in and what we are looking for in the new car. Battery replacement I started out on a Saturday morning only to find my car barely started. I headed right for Braman to get a new battery. I got there about 7:20am think I started out on a Saturday morning only to find my car barely started. I headed right for Braman to get a new battery. I got there about 7:20am thinking the service dept. opened at 7:30. I then saw the sign that said they opened at 8:00am on Saturdays. Mr. LaCosta approached me and asked if I had an appointment and I said no. He said Saturday service is by appointment only. I apologized for my ignorance and said I guess I'll have to go elsewhere. He asked me what is the problem? I said I thought I needed a new battery. He said not to worry, he would see that I was taken care of. Happily I was on my way in less than an hour. A really great experience considering I didn't have an appointment. Kudos to Mr. LaCosta and to the Braman service department. More
