terrible service department I got a appointment morning for same day oil change. I was there that afternoon. I always paid$ 39.95 without a problem. That time I had a coupon wa I got a appointment morning for same day oil change. I was there that afternoon. I always paid$ 39.95 without a problem. That time I had a coupon was $ 17.00 when I showed the service advise r Gilbert he said please come to my office. He took me his office than he said I can use coupon but I have to wait minimum 2 hours! I said I have a appointment I got this morning why I have wait that much ! He said they are too busy... He can reschedule for new appointment. Avoid this Honda at all costs. They are liars, greedy and have a bad communication. They obviously fixing alot of cars he is acting like don't need our businesses. I tried to get service 2 times never go here again. I would not give Braman Honda 1 star. More

I had a serious time crunch to find a new car that I loved, talk about pressure? But everyone at Braman Honda made my experience so wonderful, easy and fast. From the moment I walked in everyone was so pleasant and helpful from start to finish. after signing all my paperwork Tracy made it a fun and memorable experience. She made sure I had fun with it, from ringing the gong to letting me take pictures with the big pretty Christmas bows. She also made sure to bring me outside to explain how all the special features worked in the car. You could tell she cared that I knew how to work all of these and that meant a lot to me. Before I left she noticed the gas tank was not completely full so she made sure to take it around back so I would leave with nothing but a full tank of gas. Overall a wonderful and great experience and I would definitely recommend friends to visit this car dealership. More
