I recently visited this dealership looking for a used 2010 Infiniti G37S. The sales rep was nice but did not have the experience nor could he tell me about the key features on the vehicle. When trying to work out a deal, he called his manager over. I could tell the vehicle had been sitting on the lot for awhile due to the amount of cobb webs on the vehicle. After speaking to the manager, never in my life have I ever been told by a sales rep or manager that they would rather take a vehicle to the auction next week then trying to make a deal. The manager was way out of line. He really did not seem interested in trying to make a deal work. Worst dealership experience ever. More

Filled out Auto Trader form online. This internet sales person was first to respond and fully answered questions. Other dealers were vague. I was referred to Braman Honda by my hair stylist, who had a great experience buying a Honda Civic for his wife last year. I had stopped first at another Honda dealer (the competitor), but wasn't impress had a great experience buying a Honda Civic for his wife last year. I had stopped first at another Honda dealer (the competitor), but wasn't impressed with their selection of used Honda Accords. The competitor's sales professional was OK, but I just didn't feel good about the experience. (I've been a GM buyer my entire life, so switching to a Honda was a big deal for me). When I went to Braman the next day, the experience was entirely different. First, the selection of cars was better. They had exactly what I wanted --several to choose from --and in a price range that fit within my budget. Feguener came over as my friend and I were looking at the models, and offered his assistance in a very professional manner. He wasn't pushy, only interested in my needs. HIs manager, Julio, came over to help out as well, since Feguener was new in his sales role. Feguener patiently took me on two different test drives, and then he and Julio helped me work through the numbers--including the trade-in allowance. After we signed the paperwork, Brandon took over and finished the financing, which was also a pleasant experience. They trusted me to bring my cash back later and let me drive the vehicle home that day. After Brandon, Eli (insurance person) helped me transfer my car insurance from the trade-in to the new Accord. The hand offs from one person/department to the next were seamless and smooth. Being a process quality expert, I appreciated that! Also, the atmosphere in the showroom among the other employees was relaxed, friendly and upbeat....vs. having an aura of stress like a lot of other dealerships. This is the sign of good leadership / management. So, hats off to that leader--in addition to the employees I've already mentioned. Thanks again for a great buying experience. With their attentiveness and efforts to accommodate both our needs regarding the vehicle and our financial limitations, they presented us with a model and an offer that was greater then we could have anticipated. They went beyond being good salesmen to going the extra mile to make us feel like they truly wanted to do the best they could for us and that our complete satisfaction was the most important part of the interaction. Dealership sold the car to me knowingly that my lease along with my S-Corp name. After 2 weeks Salesman want us to change the contract and resign the lease just on my name. When I asked that I need my along with my S-Corp name. After 2 weeks Salesman want us to change the contract and resign the lease just on my name. When I asked that I need my money back immediately on car return sales man informed me that it i snot possible and only way is to get he new lease contract under my name or return call and wait for deposit money back. I have to escalate the matter to Mike R General Manager who helped and instructed finance staff to return our deposit. Sales team at Braman Honda just want to sell the car and in case of exceptions do not help instead Salesman and Head of Sales threatened me that a Tow truck will be send to my home and car will be repo Again thanks for the General Manager who understood the situation and perform the action as per rules More
