I ended up leasing a CR-V EXL from Franky. He took the time to go though the details of the car and at no time did I feel he was being pushy or rushed like I have felt at other dealerships. Most of the time we were joking and laughing. In the end I was in and out of the dealership quickly and I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Franky was great. He gave us the tour of the used cars and was able to retrieve pricing on vehicles that had just come in. Franky took his time and even stayed late unfortunately because of us. I was able to view the carfax online and get in contact with Mark Gallagher about exact pricing and details of the vehicle. Through text messaging(very convenient!) we were able to agree on a price that fit my budget. I had previously arranged financing and was able to take the car home before the check arrived from the bank!
