Alex Acosta Mr. Acosta was my sales agent. I called for information and he answered. He was very informative and helpful and promised to be there in a couple of Mr. Acosta was my sales agent. He called a couple of times after that to be sure I was coming and that I knew how to get there. He helped find just the car I wanted and guided me to a nice, intelligent finance man who convinced me to try leasing. I also liked the insurance man. All of the employees at Brahman Honda were impressive, kind and smart. I couldn't believe that I walked out with my new car the same day. Mr Acosta found a car that didn't have all the extras that you put on all your new cars. It had just come in from Stuart. I object to that practice of yours! I never ran into it before in Houston or Austin where I bought my previous 12 Hondas. Why don't you give it up unless a client requests those added features?! I also was promised that a burgundy car was available and then was told that it wasn't there when I arrived. Turned out I preferred a silver one because the burgundy was too dark for this hot climate, but I always feel a bit uneasy when the truth isn't told from the beginning.
