The most pleasant car shopping/purchasing experiencing I ever had. I first went to Ed Morse and priced the same vehicle with my wife's trading. I was totally not happy since I had previously purchase my last car from Ed Morse and did not have a good experience. I met with Alfonso and Mr Alvarez after my visit to the previous dealer. I think they detected my hostility but that did not deter them from being very professional and respectful. I made it clear that I am not looking to steal a vehicle and I am not seeking to be robbed either: just looking for a fair deal. This was, by far, the best car buying transaction with which I have ever been involved. Usually I am left with a dirty feeling as if I was violated. This time, my wife loves her car and felt satisfied that she paid a fair price. The entire transaction took less than 3 hours and left me very satisfied. I will definitely recommend Braman Honda to friends and acquaintances in the future. More

Narrowed the selection down to 2 vehicles, VW Passat or Honda accord. Solicited the opinion of 3 mechanics,all of whom strongly recommended the Honda. Decision made. Researched websites for best price. Sent inquiry to local Honda dealerships. Brahman was the first to respond and earned first visit. They honored the price found on an independent website,and arranged for a test drive. Sabrina was an excellent sales rep. She was assertive,but never pushy. I respected her approach and would not hesitate to hire her if I owned a business. It is my personal policy to always take at least a day or two before making a final decision on a major purchase. Sabrina was in contact in a professional respectful manner. I never jump at the initial offer,and find that approach beneficial to me. Sales mgr.,whose name I can"t recall, worked hard to get me a very good offer on my trade. It exceeded all other offers and there was no pressure to buy. There was no need to visit any other dealership. I highly recommend Brahman Honda and am completely satisfied with all aspects of my experience with them. More

I went into the dealership after having done some searching on the internet. I did my homework and knew which vehicle and what the lowest advertised price was. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the available inventory and let me know if I wanted something other than what was on the lot that he could do that also. Adil came across as sincere, no hard sell tactics like the typical "car salesman". That was really refreshing. I finally came to a decision. When talking to him I did inform him that I had done some research and would they match the offer that I had found which was less than the standard lease offering. He said usually that is no problem. He checked with the internet sales manager (sorry can't remember name), they printed a copy of the advertisement and stated he would honor the deal. I had just had my car T boned and it was in the process of being totaled so I explained my situation that I had to wait until final decision by my insurance company. I figured it would take about 5 days. It actually ended up being several weeks. Adil did stay in contact multiple times during that period and when I was ready to sign the deal, everything went as promised. That is really a statement. When dealing with car dealerships, my experience is that it almost NEVER goes as promised. The only disappointment was that the original vehicle in white was no longer available and no white ones were available in the whole state.
