I have spent hours on calls and made trips to your location and all i have received is call back, or contact someone else? And after 27 days I went back to pick up my own check NO Apologies , NO concerns, and no one care about all of my personal time that was wasted during this month ordeal. Thank you for quick respond. I am hoping that this kind of things will never happen again.. While i was there i notice that every person who's car was in the shop getting approached by there technicians and telling them that other things was wrong with their cars and if they wanted to fix it. However none of them told the customer;s that would be costing extra. In my case was $100.00 more. I paid my bill, but i left your place very unsatisfied. You see, i leased my car from from your dealership and after i return my car i will never have to do a business with you. Sincerely Liz
