The friendly treatment that I received was impeccable! Even though I live in Miami, I was told that this dealer was very nice, and I went to check it out for myself. I will recommend from now on this dealership, and as far as the distance that I will have to drive, it will not be a problem at all! Gladly I will drive it again. It will be a pleasure to do the trip again just to have the opportunity of dealing with them again. I actually felt like there were friends and not sales persons, who took care of me. Over all, my visit was very satisfactory, I should say it was a delight. My experience with this dealership was extremely nice and very enjoyable. I did my car search online on several Honda Dealerships. I went to a near by dealership to see the car in person, and test drive, check the interior, and the features that would come with the Honda EX-L. Once I did the test drive I knew right away that I wanted the Honda Accord EX-L 2013. I've always bought new cars that are Hondas not certified pre-owned. I was really excited about the purchase. I did the check of the engine, the interior, and the wheels. I should have looked closer at the alloy rims and the hood of the car. When I got the car home and washed it myself I saw the flaws of water marks on the hood and the damages on the alloy rims. This is why I always purchase new, but the price of the new car was not coming down to what I could afford. The need for a car was urgent, and I thought this will be a new experience in purchasing a pre-own. I will have to pay to buff-out the water marks but I cannot do anything about the rims at this time due to lack of funds. So eventhough Lou LiCausi was really great and very helpful I know I would not purchase a pre-owned again. More

While I would never consider a car buying experience to be a pleasure, I think Braman makes it as close as humanly possible. The car we needed was out front waiting for me, and all my pricing requests were honored as well as rolling over our barely-used service plan and extended warranty on our previous odyssey. Everyone at the dealership was great to deal with and tried to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Wouldn't buy a honda from anyone else! More

D Alvarez sold me a Honda Care extended coverage on 07/18/13 which he guaranteed would be cancellable within 30 days. I traded in the Vehicle and called them up on 08/02/13 to get the warranty cancelle 07/18/13 which he guaranteed would be cancellable within 30 days. I traded in the Vehicle and called them up on 08/02/13 to get the warranty cancelled. My first call was to Honda Care and they put me on hold for 22 mins and 35 seconds after which the call conveniently went into voicemail for cancellations. My next call was to this dealership. Mr Riccardo picks up the call and tells me that Mr Alvarez unfortunately is on vacation till the 18th of August (which conveniently falls on the day my return period expires) and that he would be the only one who could assist me. According to Riccardo, the entire dealership runs on Mr Alvarez and he refused to connect me to the manager to get this taken cared of. Its so funny that its so easy to buy warrantees but its so difficult to return them. Please do not trust a word this sales managers say at this dealership and never purchase Honda Care because its one big scam. They compare their service to BMW which clearly is wrong because Honda does not keep up their word. More

Not only was he patient with me but he went out of his way to make sure everything was working smoothly. I went in with a maximum amount I was willing to pay and they hit it right on the nail. As we were at the dealership he was courteous enough to offer us something to drink while we waited. I have in the past purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla and unfortunately have had extremely bad experiences dealing with Toyota. I can see how Honda caters to their customers.
