In my hunt for a new car I just thought I would stop in at Honda. I had not been pleased with the local Hyuandai and Kia dealers so I thought I would give this a try. Being a former Saturn customer I didn't want to deal with all the back and forth that normally goes with the purchase of a new car. Mitch was so nice, never pushed me to do anything. He showed me what I wanted to see and located a car in the color I wanted for me. Price was negotiated within a matter of minutes. When picking up my car, Alex was the best. It's the first time for me that dealing with a finance person was actually fun. Also, the best part was that the price quoted was the price I paid, no one tried to add on extra fees for anything. I'll be back in 30 months to get my next car when my lease is up. I would recommend Mitch and Alex to everyone I know. More

I needed to buy a car for my daughter, and went to Ed Morse Honda first because it was closer to my house. The sales manager was rude to me and I left without buying a car. He was very pleasant and professional, and we finalized the deal over a couple quick phone calls. I came in later that afternoon to sign the paperwork and pay for the car. Overall, it was a very good experience, and Mitchell was absolutely wonderful. When we came to pick up the car, he spent a lot of time with my daughter explaining how everything works and was extremely patient, nice and helpful. He's exactly the kind of employee I'd want working for me - he really makes your dealership look great. We'll be back next time we need a car. More

We recently purchased a new Honda CRV from Braman Honda. The entire transaction, from the test drive, to selecting the car we wanted, to driving it out the door, was accomplished in one day. Throughout the lengthy process we found our salesman, Rick Greenlee, to be friendly, courteous, and patient. There were no indications of high pressure tactics from Rick or from any other Braman employees we came in contact with. Everyone we met performed their job in a friendly and efficient manner. We had to return to the dealership for a scheduled visit to obtain a disc for the navigation system, and to have a roof rack installed. This was handled in a courteous and competent manner. Rick was solicitous and concerned, and he followed through to make sure that we were satisfied. I have never been one to Lease Cars. I went to trade in my Saturn Outlook for a Honda. Before even arriving, Andy was calling me to setup how the process would work. That's where Alex came in... I was somewhat upside down on the Outlook and purchasing the accord was not an option.. Alex sat me and my wife down and explained leasing from beginning to end.
