I was told (on the phone) the service would take 45 minutes. It took almost 8 hours. Arrived at 8am the service was concluded at 4pm. Upon arrival Jasmine said it could take 5 hours and got me a rude minutes. It took almost 8 hours. Arrived at 8am the service was concluded at 4pm. I was told to trade the car today because the car will be worth less next week. Give me a break, how ridiculous. More
