I want to leave this review. We all know that when a salesperson sells you something, they never want to see your face again, because they've already fulfilled their mission, whi We all know that when a salesperson sells you something, they never want to see your face again, because they've already fulfilled their mission, which was to sell you. Well, that's not the case today. Four months ago, I bought my car at Bramam Honda in Palm Beach. The salesperson was Juan Mani, very professional; he helped me in every way he could. I needed to contact him after 2 months and he still processed helped me. Yesterday I had a problem with my car tire that went flat and I went to another Honda dealer in Fort Pierce, and well they wanted to charge me, …… because supposedly I did not have the warranty. I called Juan Mani, (I understand that this was not part of his job) but when I called him to ask if I could get a copy of my warranty, well he went and helped me once again, within his possibilities, he contacted the person in charge, and he was able to get me a copy of that warranty. Just to let you know that sometimes when we work with the public (I work with the public) and we go the extra mile, it says a lot about the person. On this day, well I want to thank him that without him having anything to do with this situation, it was good for him to help me, and go the extra mile again. When people do that it is not because we only need to work, but because we like what we do , and we also have the need for work, there is a big difference in that and today Juam Mani made the difference, I’m grateful once again! More
