I have had my disappointments with Braman but dealing with Pedro, his patience and the fact that he actually listened to what I was saying what one of the selling factors. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a car at Braman Honda. Also want to give a shout out to my service consultant, Glenn Denker - a very honest man (main reason I am staying with Braman!) Mr. Plaza was very knowledgeable and "very" fast with the keyboard - he reeled me in and made everything very tempting. I just could not say no. Overall, great experience.
