Front End Maintenance Glenn Denker was/is my service manager. I originally brought my 2008 CR-V in for a driver side airbag recall. Previously Glenn informed me that I woul Glenn Denker was/is my service manager. I originally brought my 2008 CR-V in for a driver side airbag recall. Previously Glenn informed me that I would be needing to replace the rack and pinion as it was leaking. While being worked on, Glenn informed me that some bushings and boots were in need of repair/replace. We discussed the next service visit would include replacement of the recalled passenger side airbag, oil change, and front brakes. The car handling is excellent after the repairs. Scam artists I went in for an oil change, and they charged me for cleaning my battery, draining my washer fluids, replacing my in car air filter, and changing out I went in for an oil change, and they charged me for cleaning my battery, draining my washer fluids, replacing my in car air filter, and changing out my brake fluid. I only gave them permission to change the oil. Then they tell me this that and other needed to be changed, so now I owe $200+?!??? The dealership is terrible, and they just want to clean you out in anyway they can. More
