Braman is one of the best run organizations I have ever worked with - night and day compared to other Honda dealers to the north, including Space Coast. Most recently, I dinged Alex one star because he was great, but not perfect. I asked directly, more than once, if it was normal to see the voltage drop below 13 while the car was running. He spoke about electrical loads, but did not have a direct answer. Perfect would have been to say, "I'll look into it and let you know." I did get that answer from Rodney, who told me "Yes, the alternator has a clutch." More
